Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving Deliveries: Utilize our computer systems to log incoming deliveries accurately. Ensure the correct items are received and meet expected quality standards.
* Allocating Goods: Organize items onto shelves or allocate them to personnel based on order types.
* Stock Checking: Conduct regular stock counts following a structured plan. Accurately enter stock data into our computer system.
* Ensuring Accuracy: Verify that shelf placement matches our system records. Analyze stock data and rectify any discrepancies.
* Team Collaboration: Liaise with team members and management regarding customer feedback, stock availability, and outstanding orders. Provide constructive feedback to improve store operations.
* Operational Efficiency: Identify and suggest potential improvements to our processes to enhance efficiency.
* Health and Safety: Adhere to site health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
* Support and Flexibility: Assist with additional duties as required by the line manager to meet business needs and support customer satisfaction.
