This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, sales acumen and product knowledge. As a retail consultant, you will be an integral part of our store team, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.
* Presentation and knowledge of luxury brand universe and collections as ambassador for the brand.
* Reception and personalized customer care, including individual/group appointments and opening doors based on activity to drive sales.
* Supporting the development of sales and achieving targets by enhancing the customer experience and creating training tools for advice, products and brands.
* Developing, managing, and monitoring the customer file and customer relations to drive loyalty and retention.
* Enhancing the customer experience and creating training tools for advice, products, and brands to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
* Organizing activities and events with customers at the point of sale to drive engagement and loyalty.
* Managing and optimizing merchandise and stock to meet customer needs and drive sales.
* Cashiering and sales administration support to ensure seamless customer transactions.
* Managing operations related to the business to maintain efficiency and productivity.
* Experience working with luxury brands and understanding of luxury goods.
* Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
* Sales-focused approachable and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
