This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Consultant to be exposed to a wide variety of employment relation issues across diverse sectors.The core purpose of the Senior HR Consultant is to provide accurate and commercially focused advice to clients on all related aspects of HR and employment law. You will be responsible for actively owning cases through to resolution, building strong rapport with clients, and ensuring the advice provided is always compliant and consistent with client documentation.Reporting To: HR Advice ManagerKey Responsibilities (Main Duties)Provide high-quality, sound HR and Employment Law advice, predominantly by telephone, with additional interactions via email and video conference.Actively own a changing portfolio of ongoing and complex client cases through to resolution.Log all advice accurately onto the internal system and take ownership of ongoing cases.Present HR and employment law training to client and non-client groups.Ensure personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law best practice is continually updated.Offer clients options regarding other products and services provided by My client.Assist the HR Consultancy department with employment contract and handbook updates.What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills)We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with a results-focused attitude.Expert Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and confident manner when interacting with clients.Organisation: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Work Ethic: Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.Initiative: Strong sense of ownership and ability to use your initiative to achieve measured KPIs and SLAs.
