We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support driving productivity and efficiency. This role will help deliver change initiatives, reduce operating costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
1. Support projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
2. Monitor progress of initiatives and support effective change management
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of improvements
4. Analyse data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
5. Document processes, highlight gaps, and propose improvements
6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements include:
1. 3–5 years’ experience in business improvement/change initiatives
2. Bachelor’s degree (required)
3. Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (preferred)
4. Project management certification (preferred)
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio)
6. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
