Pay: €80-€90 Per Hour Rate Hybrid option - 3 days per week in office

A Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor for the Dublin office with a hybrid working option
The role will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying both pre and post contract across Pharma / BioPharma projects.
The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Prepare capital cost estimates
Assist in tendering procedures and contract arrangements
Develop pricing documents for tender packages
Provide advice on tendering procedures
Draft instructions for tenderers
Develop tender evaluation criteria
Create PQQ questionnaires
Handle queries during the tender period
Conduct commercial evaluation of all tender submissions
Negotiate with tenderers
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong groundworks experience
Life Sciences project experience preferred
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Commercial awareness and flexibility
Ambition to progress within the organization
Drive and determination to manage strict budgets
Ability to work efficiently and meet challenging goals
