Role Responsibilities
Build the global strategy and comms plan for office culture and community with a variety of targeted initiatives and events according to business needs and local team needs.
This includes measuring success and pivoting accordingly.
Manage operational and support capital projects, identifying and executing workplace improvements.
Plan, execute, and monitor various events globally, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficient resource allocation strategies.
Create and implement change management strategies, project documentation, communications, and plans.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Operations & Stakeholder Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations including front desk services, visitor management, event management, office space utilization & optimization, facility maintenance, vendor relationships and occupational health, safety & security.
Manage Facility Management partners on operational and account management levels, including KPI and budget management.
Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners, including local business leadership, Real Estate, Finance, IT, Health & Safety, and Security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace initiatives with company objectives.
Coaching and Team Leadership
Manage and develop a team of Workplace Partners & Coordinators across all Personio locations.
Recruit, onboard, coach team members; support career development, and manage performance reviews.
Drive team engagement and productivity through fostering a culture of collaboration and Personio values.
Role Requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an Office Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality Management, Community, or Event Management role, with demonstrated expertise in building/managing international offices across multiple locations and time zones.
Minimum 3 years of people/team leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
This includes being in charge of recruiting, onboarding, coaching, developing career frameworks and performance management.
Experience leading & driving global projects, delivering on time and within budget.
Demonstrated expertise in office space planning, as well as driving office engagement through developing KPIs and strategic projects.
Understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, office operations, and vendor management processes.
Flexibility, initiative, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while driving workplace team engagement and productivity.
