Consultant Aircraft Leasing Aircraft Finance Parts Executive Headhunter
This Dublin-based Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility specializes in supporting commercial aircraft components, with a focus on high-precision systems such as fuel-engine accessories and hydraulic units. The site provides engineering, repair, and testing services to ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. It plays a key role in global aerospace support by combining technical expertise with continuous improvement and customer-focused solutions.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the site leadership team at a Dublin-based Aviation MRO facility to support the achievement of business goals and strategic initiatives. This role collaborates with a Strategic HRBP to proactively define and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational performance. The HRBP will provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees and will be an integral member of the site’s leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships across the site, offering coaching, guidance, and support to managers and employees at all levels.
* Develop and execute an HR strategy that promotes employee engagement, retention, and alignment with business objectives.
* Advise managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Partner with site leadership to manage employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent handling of formal processes.
* Support recruitment activities including requisition creation, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
* Maintain and manage employee data within the HRIS system (Workday).
* Identify and implement improvements across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to ensure the business is equipped for current and future needs.
* Facilitate annual performance reviews and merit processes in collaboration with site and corporate leadership.
* Build partnerships with external training bodies and government agencies to support employee development and access available funding.
* Support the implementation of global compensation and benefits programs at the local level.
* Lead or participate in cross-functional and global HR projects, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
* Foster effective communication across the site, supporting both formal and informal channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Approximately 7 years of HR experience, ideally within a matrixed or complex organizational structure.
* Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leadership on both strategic and operational HR matters.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex organizational issues and contribute to people strategy.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and a solid understanding of employment legislation.
