Duties
Set up and pack down each room according to bookings diary.
Set up of chairs, tables, daily cleaning and upkeep of the building.
Putting out bins in preparation for pick-up and litter control, responsible for removal of all debris from paths, grassed areas, flowerbeds and all entrances/exits.
General maintenance and minor repair work including doors, windows, toilet seats and flushes, furniture, tap washers and some painting of doors and walls.
Appropriate painting and redecoration.
General porter duties and moving of furniture.
Store equipment and supplies safely.
Flexibility of working hours when required.
Frequent deep cleaning of rooms.
Complete relevant training courses provided.
