We are looking for someone to join our team as a caretaker / maintenance person.ResponsibilitiesGeneral repairs and maintenance such as painting, light carpentry and other tasks to help keep the venue looking its best.Arrange for various trades people to come when required for any electrical, plumbing work etc. needed.Opening & closing of venue if required.Accepting deliveries of bar stock.Assist with movement of stage set and props and equipment when required.Ensure that all equipment and tools associated with caretaking are maintained.Waste management - monitoring collections of bins etc.Maintain resources and equipment throughout the centre reporting broken items to management.Ensure all paperwork associated with position is completed daily.Qualifications & OpportunitiesThis is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary.
