CompanyQT Technologies Ireland LimitedJob AreaHuman Resources Group, Human Resources Group > Total Rewards ManagementGeneral SummaryThe People Strategy and Organization – Total Rewards role will be responsible for design implementing and administrating the service delivery of Qualcomm's compensation and benefits programs for the assigned geography/region/countries (EMEA). This role reports into the Total Rewards Lead in People Strategy and Organization team and works in strong partnership with the Compensation and Benefits Communities of Practice (COE-Centre of Excellence) team. The incumbent should have experience in working with global teams and matrix structure for seamless delivery of total rewards servicesCompensationPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and maintain salary ranges for the assigned geographies, including survey submission, analyzing survey results, and market pricing by role.Conduct ad-hoc salary analyses and compensation studies to maintain internal and external parity within employees including new hires and internal transfers, and share the findings with the leadershipSupport the process of conducting bi-annual employee data audits to ensure that employees are in the correct job codesSupport the execution of Annual review cycle including salary increases, bonuses, and RSU awardsHandle and resolve employee inquiries, and respond to escalated compensation issues within SLAAssist senior leadership in retaining critical talent by means of retention analysisPartner with Compensation Community of Practice (Centre of Excellence) on the execution of any compensation philosophy and program changesSupport in policy and process execution, and communicationMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.BenefitsSupport the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Coordinate with benefits vendors and brokers to manage annual enrollments, and changes.Implement employee wellness programs to promote health and well-being.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage reporting and documentation related to benefits.Responsible for processing and managing employee leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws, and maintaining accurate records of all leave transactions.Handle and resolve employee inquiries, and respond to escalated benefits issues within SLASupport in policy and process execution, and communicationMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2-3+ years of Business, Human Resources, or related work experience2-3+years of core total rewards experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or related field.2- 3+ years of Compensation, Employer Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or related work experience. Multicounty experience will be an added advantage2- 3+ years of utilizing Compensation and Benefits-related systems/tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Workday, Tech Industry Surveys, etc.)Experience in utilizing Workday/SuccessFactors/Global ERP at operational levelProficiency in compensation and benefits methodologies from leading survey providers such as Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), AonUnderstanding of global/regional/country specific labor regulatory environmentsCertification in compensation and benefits programs is preferableMandatory language skills- English plus any 2 European languages(EMEA Specific)Physical RequirementsFrequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses.Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
