To ensure that we have the right structures in place to support the achievement of our goals we are currently recruiting for a Legal Executive to join our pre‑eminent Residential Sales Team within our Real Estate Group.The Group, which is renowned nationally and internationally, advises across the complete spectrum of property‑related matters.Our Residential Sales Team acts for developer clients in the sale of new houses and apartments and wishes to recruit an experienced legal executive to join the team.Please note that this is a permanent position for a career Legal Executive, it would not suit an FE1 candidate.The Legal Executive will have responsibility forManaging sales files from start to finish of the sales processPreparing booklets of title and ancillary documents for the saleLiaising with clients and agents for all relevant information for the title packDrafting contracts and issuing to purchasers’ solicitorsAddressing queries from purchaser’s solicitorsReplying to Requisitions on TitleArranging completions and carrying out closingsMaintaining and updating trackers of progress on sales and inputting updates into client trackersPreparing regular updates for clientsDrafting and preparing MUDs documents in relation to OMCsDealing with Help to Buy (and any other such scheme) requirementsWorking in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients’ agents and banksPreparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry and dealing with any queries arisingDealing with any post‑completion matters such as outstanding undertakings or queries; andOther administrative tasks and ad hoc matters as requested.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have -Legal executive conveyancing experience, ideally with a leading or property orientated law firm, preferably in residential conveyancingA strong interest and ability in residential salesAbility to work autonomously and using own initiativeAble to analyse and solve problemsGood IT skills and experience working with case management systemsDiscretion when dealing with confidential informationGood interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to exercise sound judgement and decision makingExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA positive attitude and be a team playerOur OfferPension contributionsLife assurance and income protection coverA great working environmentApplicationsTo apply for this role, please email careers@mccannfitzgerald.com with your CV and, for a confidential discussion or for more information, please contact Eimear Power (Recruitment Manager) on +353 1 607 12 92
