Location: Ireland (Remote / Hybrid with occasional travel to our UK office)

About S3 Process Limited

S3 Process supplies leading process and packing machinery to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and chemical manufacturers throughout the UK and Ireland. With our experienced team of consultants and project managers, we support clients through design, build, testing, installation and validation to ensure every piece of equipment is delivered as part of a fully integrated solution.

With our market leading machinery partners and our commitment to customer success, we are expanding our presence in Ireland to better serve our growing client base. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to support the growth of our business in Ireland and to help establish our new Ireland office.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on building strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales growth, and expanding market share across key sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the sales strategy, working closely with our senior management team to establish and grow our business in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Growth. Drive new business acquisition and expand the customer base within Ireland.
* Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders across multiple industries.
* Market Development. Identify market opportunities and key sectors for expansion, tailoring offerings to meet local market needs.
* Sales Strategy. Develop and execute the sales strategy for Ireland, meeting both short-term and long-term objectives.
* Product Knowledge. Develop in-depth knowledge of our technology partner's products and services to effectively position solutions with potential clients.
* Sales Forecasting. Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular updates to the Sales Director and management team.
* Reporting.Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), market insights, and competitor analysis.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in capital equipment sales, preferably of process and packing machinery in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an external sales role, with a track record of achieving targets and growing business.
* Strong understanding of the Irish market and the key players within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and chemical sectors
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
* Willingness to travel to clients within Ireland, our UK based office and our machinery partners' sites on mainland Europe.
* A full, valid driver's license is required.
