What Youll Be Doing: Cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders in construction and engineering. Identifying new revenue streams through proactive market engagement and lead generation. Creating and executing tailored business development strategies for regional accounts. Collaborating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery. Championing the companys product portfolio and value proposition to maximise client engagement. Keeping CRM and ERP systems up to date with client interactions, quotes, and orders. Delivering insightful monthly reports to the leadership team. What Youll Bring: At least 3 years experience in a sales or business development role within construction or engineering. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
