As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations—driving performance, leading people, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

Your focus will include: Leading and inspiring a large team across Front of House, Back of House, and Duty Management.
Overseeing rosters, scheduling, and operational logistics.
Partnering with chefs and internal departments to align service and product delivery.
Championing a culture of excellence and accountability on the floor—especially during peak trading times.
Driving food & beverage performance and innovating guest experience initiatives.
Handling staffing challenges with creativity and decisiveness.
Signing off on wages and managing budgets with commercial awareness.
Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
A strong track record in leading large teams (150+), developing people, and fostering a positive team culture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Confidence in rostering, cost control, and performance metrics.
A hands-on leadership style—you're on the floor when it matters most.
A passion for guest satisfaction and high standards.
Working Environment: This is a dynamic, customer-facing leadership role within a high-energy hospitality setting.
As such, availability during evenings, weekends, early mornings, and bank holidays will be essential to ensure smooth operations and a strong management presence during peak trading periods.
