Iconic Dublin Brewery | On-site | Monday – FridayAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to join one of Ireland’s most recognised premium heritage brands in the brewing industry.This position is based full-time on site in an iconic Dublin city brewery, supporting operational teams and driving a best-in-class safety culture across the manufacturing environment.This role would suit an experienced EHS professional from a high-risk or manufacturing environment who enjoys working closely with operational teams and leading proactive safety strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Health & Safety and risk reduction strategies that engage operational teams and deliver measurable safety improvements.Develop and maintain the Health & Safety Management System, ensuring continued ISO accreditation and best practice compliance.Ensure full compliance with all regulatory H&S requirements and internal global risk management standards.Promote a strong culture of safety ownership and compliance across all operational teams and contractor partners.Monitor and report key H&S performance metrics in line with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.Develop and oversee emergency response plans, safe operating procedures and safety-critical equipment assurance.Lead the site H&S committee, driving continuous improvement initiatives across operational and contractor stakeholders.Implement structured incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies to prevent recurrence and improve operational safety.About YouThe successful candidate will be a proactive safety leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence operational teams.You will be able to demonstrate:Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Environmental Health & Safety role within a manufacturing or high-risk operational environment.Proven ability to build a strong safety culture and drive engagement across operational teams.Degree qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, regulatory compliance and governance requirements.Expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation and safety inspections.Knowledge of industrial hygiene, ergonomic risk assessment and environmental hazards.Experience applying structured continuous improvement methodologies such as:RCPSPDCADMAICSix SigmaDesign of Experiments (DOE)Ideal Candidate BackgroundCandidates are likely to come from industries such as:
