The Role
As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining software that powers a high-performance, cloud-based platform. You'll work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver elegant, reliable solutions that users and developers love.
You'll be hands-on with modern .NET technologies, and you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, learn from experienced engineers, and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET 8+.
2. Develop and improve APIs, microservices, and data-driven features.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
4. Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices.
5. Contribute to architecture discussions, performance improvements, and scaling initiatives.
6. Take increasing ownership of projects and contribute to a positive, learning-focused engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
7. 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
8. Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and relational databases such as SQL Server.
9. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
10. Familiarity with modern development practices - version control, CI/CD, testing frameworks.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
12. Enthusiasm for learning, ownership, and collaboration within a high-performing team.
