As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Role Overview As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of electrical projects from initial estimation to final accounts.
This includes cost planning, valuations, contract management, and project invoicing.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring financial efficiency and cost control across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Review drawings and technical specifications to assess material and labour needs Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project costs, variations, and manage progress claims Prepare and process interim and final valuations Generate and manage invoices in line with contract terms and milestones Assist project managers with cost forecasting and financial planning Maintain records of all estimates, contracts, and project changes Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying (electrical or construction sector preferred) Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and construction contracts Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with estimating or invoicing software is an advantage Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills Good communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience On-the-job training and career mentoring Clear opportunities for professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Free on-site parking Convenient Dublin 12 location How to Apply If you have experience in quantity surveying and are looking to grow your career with an expanding company, wed love to hear from you.
