Job Description:

* Lead and manage rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
* Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
* Manage project finances, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
* Communicate progress and key project milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement processes and contract management.
Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the rail sector.
* Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
* Knowledge of Irish rail industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
