The role
Award winning Recruitment agency PE Global Locum Express are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer primarily for our doctor’s division to join our team in Cork.
Duties of the role include:
* Searching/contacting existing candidates our database for availability
* Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating the registration process
* Building and maintaining the candidate and client database
* Covering admin tasks such as job adverts, letters, arranging timesheets
* Performing compliance checks on candidates
The successful candidate should have experience in the following and similar characteristics:
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service role
* Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Someone who is positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work
* No recruitment experience necessary as all training will be provided
