Project Lead for Telecoms Projects
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee the management of large telecoms projects throughout Ireland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple teams and projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Contracts Managers and Directors
* Oversee project planning, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
* Select and coordinate subcontractors
* Manage site teams, motivating staff to deliver exceptional work
* Liaise with the Health & Safety Team to ensure compliance
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining regular communication
* Monitor quality standards on site and maintain cost-effectiveness
* Coordinate daily site meetings and attend senior management meetings
* Resolve emergencies promptly
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of management experience
* Proven track record in managing multiple teams and projects
* Telecoms experience essential
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident user of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
* Full driving license
