What You'll Be Doing: Acting as the first point of contact for business customers engaging via chat, promoting cloud-based storage and collaboration solutions. Managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and clarity. Understanding client needs and identifying high-potential sales opportunities to pass on to the wider sales team. Communicating the value and benefits of technology products in a clear, concise, and engaging way. Meeting and exceeding performance goals related to lead generation and conversion rates. What We're Looking For: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential. Prior experience in chat-based sales or customer support is highly desirable. A background in B2B sales, telesales, or other client-facing roles is a strong advantage. Tech-savvy with an understanding of cloud storage, collaboration tools, or SaaS platforms.
