Eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Desktop Support Engineer. This is a long-term day rate contract located in Dublin 8. This role is fully onsite.
Requirements:
* Resolving end-user hardware and software problems that cannot be dealt with by the Helpdesk.
* Documenting and communicating solutions to issues.
* Working with Active Directory: creating users, doing password resets, account removals/transfers, Group Policy, and User Permissions.
* Dealing with all end-user hardware/software problems that cannot be resolved by the helpdesk, including issues with local software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Mobile Phones
* Audio-visual
* Windows Updates
* Printing
* Releasing emails or websites blocked by filters
Candidates should have at least 6+ years’ experience working in a Level-2 support role.
