This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup, balancing hands-on marketing execution with the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities as we grow.What You'll DoMarket & Competitive ResearchResearch new attractions and tour opportunitiesAnalyze competitor pricing, positioning, and marketing strategiesAttraction & Website LaunchesGather content and requirements for new attraction pagesCoordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth, timely launchesMarketing OperationsAssist with email campaigns, CRM management, and segmentationSupport content development, copywriting, and campaign executionTrack and report on campaign performanceCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the CMO and marketing team on broader strategyProvide flexible support across projects as the company scalesWhat We're Looking For 4–7 years of marketing experience (digital, growth, or performance marketing preferred) Strong research and analytical skills with ability to make actionable recommendations Excellent written and verbal English (C1/C2) Skilled in copywriting for websites, campaigns, and marketing collateral Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.) Strong organizational and project management skills Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environmentNice to Have:Experience in travel, tourism, eCommerce, or techKnowledge of SEO, paid search, or analytics (Google Analytics, BigQuery)Familiarity with reputation management tools (TrustPilot, Google Reviews, etc.)What We Offer Flexible, part-time schedule (20 hours per week) Fully remote work environment €/hour Opportunity to grow with a scaling travel-tech company Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your work has real impact
