Due to the nature of our business at Wildlands, we offer an excellent work life balance with the majority of operational days in the food and beverage setting closing at 7pm. As well as this we do not use split shifts and offer consistent days off which are back-to-back.
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, hard-working chefs of all grades to join the team at Wildlands.
About Wildlands
Wildlands is an award winning and unique adventure and accommodation development with restaurant and events room set within 20 acres of mature woodlands, on the N59 overlooking Ballyquirke Lough in Moycullen, Co. Galway. Wildlands opened in 2020 and consists of:
· An adventure park with activities for all ages.
· An elevated light-filled events space which holds 200+ overlooking the development.
· A contemporary 150-seater restaurant, the Olive Tree Kitchen.
· the "Wildlands Wagon", a retro custom-made Volkswagen selling coffee and treats to the public and visitors throughout the development; and
· Luxurious wooden cabins with a birds-eye view of the development, overlooking Ballyquirke Lake.

The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience as a Chef working in a high volume, quality restaurant environment or previous experience as an entry level chef. An experience with Pizza is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.
Be passionate about delivering high-quality food
Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of and leading a team
The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Chef's to join our team at Wildlands Galway. This Full-Time role offers the right candidate an opportunity to use their skillset in a busy and exciting adventure, food & beverage and hospitality park setting. The candidate will be a talented, ambitious hands-on chef with a passion for excellent food.
