Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting course leaders with administrative tasks

* Preparing documentation for Diploma Centre programmes

* Welcoming students onsite and online for each session
">
* Managing course data on database systems
">
* Liaising with the IT department regarding issues relating to course delivery
">
* Processing payments for lecturers and tutors
">
* Updating the virtual learning environment (Moodle) for courses on a weekly basis
">
* Answering a high volume of student queries by email and phone
">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need recent relevant experience in a similar position, knowledge of third-level/professional systems, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis.
