Candidate Profile
This role will suit someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on finance environment. It is particularly suited to a candidate seeking a long-term role within a stable and growing organisation, with the opportunity to contribute to improving systems and processes over time.
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
* Payroll experience or strong exposure to payroll processing
* High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Xero and/or BrightPay (desirable)
