Warehouse Operator Position
About the Role
This is an 11-month fixed-term contract as a Warehouse Operator. You will be responsible for transporting materials, loading and unloading raw material and finished goods, and completing paperwork required for the task.
Responsibilities
- Transport of materials via counterbalance truck, power pallet truck, narrow aisle truck, stacker truck
- Loading and unloading of raw material & finished goods
- Stock receipt, put away & requisition of raw materials
- Shipment & packaging of finished goods
- Complete paperwork required for the task and completes all relevant ERP transactions
- Supports other warehouse operators to ensure optimum efficiency of the warehouse team
- Experience working within a GMP environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensures a high EHS focus within the Warehouse Team to maintain safe working practices and standards
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business demands
Requirements
- Experience and working knowledge of Oracle or SAP is essential.
- Experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent organisation and communications skills both written and oral
- Hands on approach, enthusiastic and a customer focussed attitude
- Narrow Aisle Truck, counterbalance truck, power pallet truck, stacker truck
- Known Consignor certification
- IATA / IMDG certification
Key Skills
- Warehouse operator experience
- Knowledge of oracle/SAP
- Hand held scanners
- Previous use of fork lifts
Benefits
- Salary: €17.45 at 4% shift
- Based in the warehouse
- Shift – all day shift 7-3.30 M-T, 7-2.30 Friday, one Saturday in every 10 (7-3.30)
