Job Description

Responsibilities
* Assist the Playgroup/Crèche Childcare Leader in maintaining a safe, healthy and happy environment for the children to grow and learn in.
* Attend all training courses as directed by the DLDC Community Employment Supervisor and the Playschool/Crèche Childcare Manager.
* Perform any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Playschool/Crèche Childcare Manager or DLDC Community Employment Supervisor.
Qualifications & Training
* No prior experience required; this is a developmental opportunity.
* Accredited training will be provided, including full training in the QQI Advanced Certificate in Early Learning and Care Levels 5 and 6.
* Must achieve at least a C1 Advanced proficiency level in the English language.
* Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
