Assistant Director of HRIS & Compensation
This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a competitive salary with a full benefits package.
The Assistant Director of HRIS & Compensation oversees the program and project management of all HRIS-related activities, including data security, metrics/dashboard creation, system maintenance, and compensation programs.
This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective use of HR systems.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 3+ years of experience working with an HRIS.
Responsibilities include:
* Data and HRIS Management: Partner with the Director to develop, plan, schedule, and execute HRIS projects and configuration changes.
* Compensation Program Management: Lead job evaluation efforts, salary grade tracking, offer evaluations, and annual compensation programs such as merit increases and profit-sharing distribution.
* Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management: Ensure data integrity by auditing processes and safeguarding access to private information.
* Customer Relations and Service Management: Set team performance goals, provide user support, write complex reports, and conduct beta testing.
This role also involves onboarding new hires, managing vendor contacts, and participating in User Groups and Committees.
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 5-7 years' experience working in Human Resources.
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
* 3-5 years' experience working with an HRIS.
* 3+ years' experience in data analysis required.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience using the Workday system.
This is a supervisory responsibility with delegation to the Director of Talent Management in absence.
