This role is a unique blend ofNetwork Engineer Apprentice andCustomer Service Representative, offering hands-on technical experience alongside customer-facing support responsibilities.
As the first point of contact for customer support, you will play a key role in providing technical solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot laptop and PC hardware issues Assist with Microsoft 365 issues, such as password resets Set up new users and manage access Serve as the first point of contact in the Network and Operations Customer Support Centre via phone and email Advocate for customers and contribute to positive customer experiences Resolve minor technical issues efficiently Coordinate resources and ticket queues while collaborating closely with colleagues Who Were Looking For: Experience with Microsoft 365 and relevant certifications is highly desirable A mix of Network Engineer and Customer Service experience Third-level degree in a Business or Technical discipline Strong technical aptitude and interest in IT Process-driven and commercially aware, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Clear and professional fluent English Rewards and Benefits: Company Pension Secure your future with a pension plan.
