We are recruiting for full-time and part-time permanent positions in:
* Food & Beverage Assistants
* Kitchen Porters
Key Duties & Responsibilities – Food & Beverage Assistants
* Support the Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisor in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
* Deliver excellent service during restaurant operations, functions, and events.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer care at all times.
* Follow service standards and health & safety protocols consistently.
* Carry out cellar duties on a rotational basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities – Kitchen Porters
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
* Ensure HACCP standards are met (training provided if required).
* Follow correct procedures for chemical use and training compliance.
* Check, record, and safely store all deliveries.
* Keep fire exits and walkways clear and clean.
* Rotate stock in fridges, freezers, and dry goods areas.
* Sweep and mop the cold room after each service.
* Keep pot wash/wash-up area clear throughout service.
* Maintain waste management and recycling programmes in kitchen and yard.
* Follow the daily cleaning schedule for all kitchen equipment and areas.
* Assist chefs in setting up daily service and functions – including washing and organising crockery and plates.
Key Requirements
* Good level of spoken English.
* Team player with a "Yes I Can" attitude.
* HACCP training desirable (training provided if not certified).
