Wedding and Events Executive
We are inviting applications for the role of Wedding and Events Executive at Castlemartyr Resort.
Working as part of the Events team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for weddings and events from the initial enquiry to the planning and execution of bespoke events and itineraries.
Knowledge and Experience
Previous sales and target focus experience
Fluency in spoken and written English
Personal Qualities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Duties include but are not exclusive to
Communicate and facilitating the client from booking stage, the day of the event and follow up the event.
Conduct on-site show-arounds and client meetings.
Managing all inquiries and bookings in an efficient manner and encourage maximum sales revenue for overall profitability.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients for feedback.
Responding to phone and email wedding queries and securing bookings.
Daily wedding & events administration
Keep familiar with trends within the industry locally and abroad with view to enhancing our service.
Previous experience in hotels or event coordination is essential.
