Our company is seeking a seasoned Product Development Specialist to spearhead the creation and maintenance of accurate product data. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and principles, as well as expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and MES systems (Spectrum Pro).
About the Role
The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless transfer and synchronisation of data between core systems, managing Engineering Change Orders, and updating product data across all relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routes.
* Partner with the Engineering team to optimise products for efficient manufacturing.
* Support Continuous Improvement to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
* Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and MES systems (Spectrum Pro).
Working Conditions
Duties are performed in a normal office environment. Extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration may be required.
