The Falls Hotel & Spa is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team
Responsibilties
* To keep the kitchen and designated areas in a clean hygienic condition in compliance with hotel and hygiene regulations, and assist Chefs if the need arises.
* Operation of the Hotel dishwashing machine
* Cleaning of Kitchen pots, pans and utensils at the pot wash area of the kitchen and ensuring they are stored correctly.
* Deep cleaning of kitchen/larder areas, equipment and storage areas.
The Successful Candidate Must
* Be available to work flexible shifts including midweek and weekends as required.
* Be able to work as part of a team aswell as on their own initiative.
* Live locally or have own mode of transport
