Assistant Manager
for their
Cork
location.

shift-based schedule

evening and weekend work expected.
In this role, you'll support the General Manager in driving daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, vibrant venue.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to meet business and service goals.
* Support recruitment, training, and ongoing team development.
* Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and brand consistency.
* Act as a key point of contact for both customers and team members.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum
2 years' experience
as an
Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Supervisor in retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
