We are opening a new office in Dublin City. This is an exciting senior‑level role with a chance to lead and develop new client relationships.
The role
Reporting directly to directors, you will play a pivotal part in resourcing candidates for our clients and developing new client relationships. You will build a network of tech (perm and contract) candidates, stay updated on industry trends, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and support junior colleagues in a rapidly growing global business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new accounts and manage key partnerships
* Identify and engage suitable tech candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other platforms
* Create and post compelling job adverts
* Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
* Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with candidates
* Extend offers, manage rejections, and collect references
* Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through social media branding
* Stay current with tech industry trends and best practices
* Use internal tools such as SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger efficiently
* Maintain accurate data in the CRM
* Meet with clients to explore opportunities and negotiate fees and terms
Key Skills and Capabilities
* Outstanding communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
* Ability to build long‑lasting professional relationships
* Comfortable managing difficult conversations
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills
* Proactive, independent thinker with presentation proficiency
* Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience working to targets and in sales environments
* Basic recruitment knowledge is desirable
