Your responsibilities will include:
* Giving advice on contract matters
* Processing contractual claims and all associated records
* Searching for opportunities to reduce costs and maximise revenue
* Assisting with cash management
* Negotiating subcontract and suppliers' price and terms
* Ensuring final accounts are closed in a timely matter
* Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports
* Preparing subcontract and suppliers documents
What you will need:
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* The ability to work on a large-scale project
* Excellent written, verbal & communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* The ability to use time efficiently and to maximise efficiency with staff
