Clinical Lead for Critical Care Informatics Services
This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing the operational efficiency and strategic direction of critical care clinical informatics services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Ensure the safe and efficient running of critical care services by effectively managing the Clinical Information System (CIS).
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
* Quality and Safety Standards: Proactively manage quality and safety standards at local and directorate levels, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Leadership and Skills Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse with The Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register.
* Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting or relevant clinical area within the last 7 years, with 2 years' experience in a critical care environment.
* Demonstrated management experience over the past 2 years, with a track record of success in leading teams and implementing change initiatives.
