Civils Foreman Wind Farm Project (Tipperary) An experienced Civils Foreman is required for a major wind farm development in County Tipperary with one of Irelands leading civil engineering contractors. This is a key site leadership role responsible for supervising groundworks and infrastructure crews and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of works on a flagship renewable energy project. The position suits a hands-on Foreman with strong leadership skills and a solid background in heavy civils. Role: Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors across all civil works including foundations, access roads, drainage, and hardstands. Ensure works are completed safely, to programme, and in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work closely with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to plan daily activities and resources. Enforce health & safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on site. Monitor quality of workmanship and carry out regular inspections. Assist with site logistics, plant coordination, and materials management. Maintain accurate daily records, including progress reports and site diaries. Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating where necessary. Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Civils Foreman or similar role in Ireland. Strong background in civil engineering, ideally on large infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Proven ability to lead site crews and subcontractors. Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe systems of work. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organisational and communication skills. SMSTS / Safe Pass / Manual Handling (or equivalent). Full clean driving licence. Right to work in ROI.
