Site Development Lead
The company seeks a highly skilled Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer to lead site development projects.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of site management, including setting out for RC frames, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of site safety and quality.
* Coordinate and support subcontractors and resolve technical site issues
* Maintain accurate QA documentation, as-builts, and daily records
* Review drawings and ensure compliance with design and structural specifications
The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, experience on RC frame buildings, public, commercial, or education projects, strong setting-out and technical construction skills, excellent communication and organisational ability, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
