Job Opportunity:
This is a unique chance to oversee day-to-day transport operations within a leading manufacturer. As an experienced Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing logistics staff, coordinating delivery schedules and maintaining strong communication between production and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include supervising the loading of products ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, planning and managing delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines and operational requirements.
You will also monitor vehicle maintenance to ensure lorries remain roadworthy and compliant. In addition, you are required to liaise with production teams aligning transport operations with business priorities.
