This role serves as the company contact for all BCD Travel-related reconciliations, accruals, and related inquiries.
As aFinancial Analyst, you will
* Reconcile each of the monthly BCD Travel accounts in a timely and efficient manner, observing and highlighting any potential improvements with follow-up and resolution of any reconciling or missing information issues
* Complete BCD Travel accruals at month-end for each country/entity
* Act as the primary point of contact for reporting queries
* Partner with IT to ensure successful integration of any automated reporting and improvements needed
* Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the duties carried out by this role
* Provide recommendations on process improvements and opportunities
* Maintain a close working relationship with the bank concerning all BCD credit card issues. (Ex. Service as the primary contact for resolving card declines, queries on any statements/reporting (GRAM) information, etc.)
* Assist with monitoring spend, fraud evaluation, and policy compliance
About you
* Priorexperience in a fast-paced, multinational environment
* Several years experience managing Travel & Events or credit card programs reconciliation is required
* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive and confidential information at all levels of the organization
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Maintain attention to detail and customer focus
* Adapt flexibly to changing needs and new processes
* Business degree required
