About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-thinking
Strategy Analyst
to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will support the development and execution of business strategies through market research, data analysis, financial modelling, and actionable insights that guide key decisions and long-term organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
* Analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options.
* Prepare strategy presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and execution.
* Monitor market developments, emerging trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
* Support strategic projects end-to-end, including research, analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic frameworks and analytical tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or corporate planning.
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
* Familiarity with BI tools such as
Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
.
* Knowledge of Irish or EU regulatory and market environments.
* Experience with financial forecasting, market sizing, or strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces).
