About the team: Our Treasury Risk Solutions (TRS) team in Ireland plays a key role in originating and managing corporate and institutional client relationships across foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity hedging solutions.
Supported by our new client technology platform, Investec IX, we are building a market-leading origination team focused on high-quality client acquisition and long-term partnership.
What will I be doing / Your impact: As a Sales Consultant within Treasury Risk Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new client origination, onboarding high-quality corporate and institutional clients, and positioning Investec as the partner of choice for Treasury services.
You will: Lead the origination, acquisition and onboarding of new clients requiring FX, interest rate and commodity hedging services.
Present the Investec TRS proposition confidently.
Convert high-potential leads into active dealing clients.
Align origination activity to commercial objectives with the Head of TRS.
Manage performance across financial and non-financial metrics.
Work with stakeholders in onboarding, credit, compliance, dealing and broader teams.
Drive a multi-product offering.
Follow up consistently on marketing and client engagement activities.
Contribute to sales strategy and team KPIs.
Coach and support colleagues to foster high performance.
Act with Consumer Duty principles and integrity.
