* Strategic Cost Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of cost management strategies that secure value for money across all projects.
* Procurement Expertise: Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and procedures in respect of professional advisors, contractors, and developers.
* Risk Oversight: Assist in implementing a cross-divisional risk management strategy focused on risk identification, oversight, and mitigation.
This position will involve close collaboration with Development Managers and colleagues from Housing and Asset Management as well as Developer, Professional Advisor, and Supply Chain partners.
