We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy and collaborative finance team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a well-established organisation while further developing their accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full Accounts Payable process, from receipt of invoices through to payment Review and reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis Perform reconciliation of intercompany balances Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner Identify and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function Provide support to the wider finance team as required Skills & Experience 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant role (preferred) Strong numerical and IT skills, with good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment This role is based on site and is full time and permanent.
