We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Dublin team and play a central role in shaping the next generation of RxSense products. Main Responsibilities
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
* Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high‑quality product features.
* Gather customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
* Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
* Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategy.
* Act as product champion within cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
* Monitor product performance, metrics, and feedback, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
* Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role within technology or SaaS environments.
* Proven ability to define product roadmaps and deliver features in an agile setting.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with engineering teams, ideally in distributed or international contexts.
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
* Background in healthcare technology, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
* Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
