Job Description
This role is responsible for leading a team of nurses in the Oncology Department. The Clinical Nurse Manager II will oversee patient care and ensure that high-quality services are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing management, excellent leadership skills, and be able to motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Nursing Management Experience:
* Post Graduate or similar in Oncology required;
* A minimum of two years' experience within a management position, ideally with three years' working within an Oncology department.
* Demonstrate an awareness of HR policies and procedures;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages essential.
