About this Role
This is a long-term contract working 30 hours per week.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that as many clients as possible receive quality care in a safe and stimulating environment tailored to their individual needs, upholding the highest standards.
* Assess and deliver suitable client care within the centre
* Develop and monitor personal client care plans according to established policies
* Provide nursing care to clients as needed
* Administer medication provided by the General Practitioner to the client
* Liaise with Home Care Coordinators, Daycare at Home Coordinators /Public Health Nurses regarding client requirements
