We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.We now have an opportunity for aHealth & Safety Advisor, with 3 to 5 years experience, ideally from working in a heavy industrial equipment, manufacturing or similar industry.The role is based onsite in Dublin.ResponsibilitiesAssit with routine safety inspections of maintenance of equipment, machinery, and work areas to identify hazards and ensure safety complianceSupport incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective action planningAssist in developing and updating safety policies and procedures including safe systems of workSupport walk downs, RAMS, scope reviews, risk assessments, formlating method statements etcParticipate in risk assessments for tasks involving equipment, confined spaces, and hazardous substancesDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to maintenance teams and contractorsMonitor contractor safety compliance during maintenance and installation activitiesMaintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activitiesSupport statutory testing and equipment certification processesPromote a positive safety culture through engagement and behavioral safety initiativesStay current with safety regulations and communicate updates to relevant teamsAdditional Health & Safety duties as requiredQualificationsRelevant degree and certifications3 to 5 years of hands-on Health & Safety site experience in heavy industrial equipment, manufacturing safety support role, or other similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting toolsWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
